The Gathering Storm of

A Peaceful White Shirt Revolution

_ by May Ng, New York ,  October 08, 2006.

There is a dream of gathering white storm, a widening circle of peaceful White-Shirts

White shirts which were stained with red blood in 1988

White shirts which were imprisoned for their courage

White shirts being murdered at the hand of the Military Intelligence, the police and the Depayin

Storms of dark cloud have been hanging over the billowing waves of white shirts

In their march for the ultimate prize of freedom

The gathering white shirts moved on

A revolution of action

Time to wake from inaction

To help free the innocence

The moment again has arrived to speak-up

Time again has come to wear your White Shirts

In support of our brothers and sisters inside Burma while the whole wide world is watching

Whiteness of the peaceful doves

Whiteness of the innocence

Whiteness of courage and perseverance breaking the darkness of violence

We need to hear the echo from the whole world

We need to see the ever widening circle of White Shirted Revolution

White-ocean overtaking the violent military junta

In our land of enchanted Burma

Lets all wake up to the Whiteness of the peaceful

White Shirted Revolution!!!!!
