Sayar Tin Maung Tha's Literary Conference

This week expatriate Burmese in Japan held a literary conference in Japan. The famous pro-democracy journalist editor Sayar Tin Maung Than (Thint-ba-wa) gave a speech, titled "The Biography of a Magazine".
