Burma's Human Right's Day Events in London

On the occasion of the 18th Anniversary of Red Bridge students' democratic uprising on this March 13, Burma's Human Rights Day was celebrated in London. It was organized by the esteemed Burmese Democracy Movements Asssociation UK (BDMA UK).

Democracy activists in London under the leadership of BDMA held a demonstration in front of the London embassy of the Burmese military regime.

Burma Digest also learned that Women Of Burma UK, an association of Burmese women in London who are campaigning for Human Rights on behalf of all Burmese women, read a Human Rights Day statement in front of the Burmese embassy.
