8888 Anniversary in Denmark

 

                       Aktionsgruppe for Demokratii Burma held 18th anniversary of 8888 in Denmark. And  demonstrations  were also done in front of China and Russia Embassy in Denmark. And then the activists from Aktionsgruppe for Demokratii Burma had a talk on the situation of Burma with Russia ambassador. But China embassy did not receive letter by hand. And they refused to talk .

                        Aktionsgruppe for Demokratii Burma also send a letter to all UNSC member countries. They request: _

-         to support the UN Security Council’s resolution, addressing the emergency situation in Burma in order to protect the people of Burma,

-         to refrain from using the veto regarding Burma case at the UN Security Council and

-         to stop any support on Burma’s military junta.
