U Nu Centenial Celebrated in Thailand

The Overseas National Students' Organization of Burma ONSoB marked U Nu's Centennial Birthday in Bangkok, Thailand, on the dated 20Th, May, 2007. Also attended were U Aung Nu (Son's of Bagyi Nu ), RPLC, ABEP, Crane Journal, and ONSoB's members_ more than 60 persons where attended this Ceremony_ Danpak (Bayarni), Cold Drinks and Fruits were served.

U Nu was the one and the only democratically elected Prime Minister (1948 to 1962) in Burma's history. In 1962 Burmese military annexed power and since then they never gave back power to the people.
